Utilize the iRobot App to set the schedule and add rooms that you want to avoid in future mopping sessions. The iRobot Combo j5+ offers a more affordable option than the i7 and j9 models. It comes with similar mopping tools but it has a patented dirt-detecting system and a powerful vacuuming. The iRobot J5+ also performs well in our mopping and vacuum stress tests, but it doesn't perform as well as the Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni in these tests, which makes the Combo j5+ a less flexible option. iRobot Roomba Combo j5+ The iRobot Roomba Combo j5+ is an all-in-one floor cleaner robot that can vacuum and mop your floors at the same time. We also had issues with the intelligent features of the device, namely its mapping feature and the digital stay-out zones. While it did a great job of keeping away from our furniture legs and shoes however, it was easily caught by cables and socks and it was not able to manage the tassels on carpets. This is the reason we decided not to include it in our Best Buy list. With a decent price and impressive performance it's a Scout RX3 is worth considering if you're looking for a smarter alternative to traditional uprights.
